Digital Product Analyst - Birmingham/Hybrid
A Digital Product Analyst required for an enterprise organisation based near Birmingham that is currently progressing through exciting change & transformation of it's internal systems & digital solutions. Within the role, you will play a key part in analysing the performance of my clients digital platforms, focusing on variety of internal systems and software.
Ideally you will have experience working with EPOS/payment systems, software and data, and any experience working in retail/hospitality/catering would be highly desirable for this role.
Role overview:
* Establish and monitor essential product performance indicators, creating clear success metrics
* Regularly assess & analysis performance data - identifying trends, areas for improvements, and providing actionable insights.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across product performance tools & platforms
* Collaborate with the UX/UI team to conduct user testing and analyse results, offering actionable insights into product usability.
* Use data to identify trends in user behaviour and provide insights to the product and development teams.
