Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team, on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
2. Perform general site maintenance and clean-up duties.
3. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
4. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
5. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time.
6. Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills
1. Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
2. Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
3. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
4. Good communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
5. Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
6. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
