It involves 1) Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for proactively responding to enquiries, face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meet sales targets. 2)You will progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties. 3)Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company’s services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage 4) Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings. We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too We're looking for individuals with qualities such as 1) A strong track record in working to and achieving targets. 2) Mature and well developed interpersonal and customer service skills. 3) The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients. 4) You will need to deliver the highest level of customer service both face to face and on the phone and you will also be engaging directly with our client in regular progress meetings at which you will table and present weekly sales updates. 5) Have experience in property sales with a proven track record of hitting targets.
