Senior HR Officer (10 month fixed-term maternity cover contract)
Our client, an education provider in Oxfordshire, is seeking a new member of their HR team to work collaboratively across their Trust of schools. This role is a maternity cover contract and is expected to commence on 3 March 2025 and continue until 29 November 2025.
Responsibilities:
1. On-site school working across Oxfordshire - generally 2 days a week at 2 secondary schools and one day a week at a primary school, depending on HR needs.
2. Ability to be onsite, with car parking available at each school.
3. Occasional home working may be considered during school holidays.
4. Consideration for part-time working (3 or 4 days a week) or term-time only for full-time hours.
Team Structure:
