SOS Oxygène is looking for a Finance Manager for its subsidiary S-MED LTD, to join our team and oversee all financial activities of the company. This key role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills. This role involves overseeing financial operations, managing cash flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing key financial insights.
Key Responsibilities :
· Oversee all financial operations, covering billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll management, and tax compliance,
· Manage cash flow, including forecasting and collections, while ensuring effective treasury management,
· Lead process enhancements and implement strong financial controls throughout all operations,
· Provide monthly financial reports and analyses, delivering insights to the Leadership team,
· Ensure adherence to UK regulatory obligations, including VAT returns and annual filings,
· Work with external advisors and auditors on year-end financial statements,
· Ensure the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business cases for new initiatives, offering financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
· Proven experience in financial management, including billing, payroll, tax compliance, and cash flow management.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insightful financial reports and analyses.
· Experience in implementing financial controls and process improvements.
· Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and compliance, including VAT and annual filings.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Leadership teams and external auditors.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
