The Role
The Guest Experience Planning and Events Executive plans and coordinates operational activities including in-port functions, high profile events, MICE, travel agent group bookings for the Cunard fleet, ensuring a guest focused approach and a coordinated and collaborative approach with both the on board and shoreside teams.
You will:
* Processing all the incoming event enquiries from internal and external clients, ensuring all clients understand the services on offer.
* Develop and maintain the yearly event planner to highlight all on board activity scheduled on each ship.
* Create event proposals that fit client requirements
* Support seasonal planning and other ad hoc Guest Experience activities
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time, permanent, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home.
