As a Dealership Sales Manager at Listers, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £45,000 - £62,000 (OTE) plus benefits such as use of a company car and opportunities for career advancement.
