The Role Build effective rapport and relationships with our Members in order to achieve their individual goals. Carry out gym inductions to the recognised company standards and design training programmes for our Members. Teach and demonstrate safe and effective exercises. Ensure correct use and storage of all machinery and equipment in fitness suite and studios. Clean equipment in fitness suite and studios. Supervise gym users, ensuring their safety at all times. Who are we looking for? Minimum Fitness Instructor Level 2 or equivalent qualification essential Level 3 PT qualification preferred. CIMSPA endorsed qualifications essential Experience in the Leisure and Fitness industry Flexible and willing to assist in all areas of the complex, when required Excellent customer service skills with friendly, approachable personality First Aid Qualification desirable, but not essential Proven experience in exercise classes an advantage
