A leading furniture retailer is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in Glasgow. This role is ideal for a results-focused professional with experience managing high-turnover stores and a strong background in leadership.

We are seeking a top-tier Sales Manager with General Manager or Area Manager experience, ideally from a high-turnover retail environment. If you have successfully managed stores with a £5-7 million+ turnover, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
* Deliver exceptional customer service through expert product knowledge
* Drive sales performance while maintaining showroom standards
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and growth
* Monitor KPIs and report on team performance
* Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
* Proven experience in General Manager or Area Manager roles within high-turnover retail
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team
* Results-driven approach with a track record of exceeding targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create a positive and customer-focused sales environment
* Experience managing stores with a turnover of £5-7 million+
