Protocol Education is looking for an ICT/Computing Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team within the Telford area.

The successful candidate will:
* Plan and deliver lessons while following the national curriculum.
* Have a desire to work in an SEN setting.
* Be approachable, flexible, and adaptable, with a desire to make a difference in our students' lives.
* Support children with social and emotional behavioral needs within an educational environment.
* Possess effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Be passionate about providing quality education, care, and support to young people.
* Intervene physically with our students when required, using Team Teach trained techniques when de-escalation strategies have failed (full training will be provided).
* Demonstrate analytical thinking to improve the quality of pupils' learning.
* Build team commitment with colleagues and engage and motivate pupils in the classroom.
Qualifications and requirements:
* Proven teaching experience.
* Desire to work in an SEN setting.
* Effective communication skills and ability to build good relationships.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Full UK driving license – desirable.
