A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Recruitment Resourcer, working within our fast-paced Internal Recruitment team at The Growth Company (GC). GC is a social enterprise and commercially focused organisation, committed to driving economic development, inward investment, skills, employment, and enterprise.
We are seeking a motivated individual eager to contribute to a successful company while enhancing their recruitment and HR expertise.
Please note this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract based in South Yorkshire.
The role;
Managing the end-to-end candidate search and selection process which includes;
* Proactively sourcing and screening candidate job applications.
* Head hunting talent via CV sourcing on job boards and LinkedIn.
* Arranging and conducting telephone interviews.
* Liaising with our Hiring Managers and key internal stakeholders.
* Generating employee referrals and recommendations to build a candidate pipeline.
* Building our online presence through the use of social media, such as LinkedIn.
* Inputting data and candidate information into our in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and updating a selection of Excel documents to track MI.
* Researching and attending job fairs.
* Building a great relationship with the local job centres and universities.
Experience required;
* Experience working in a recruitment agency or internal recruitment team is essential.
* Highly proficient IT Skills, such as Microsoft Excel, Social Media platforms and ATS Systems.
* A flexible approach to work.
* Knowledge of Recruitment industry standards or employment legislation is desirable.
* Confident, ambitious hard workers with a strong commercial awareness and the drive to develop and progress.
