Position: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer - Manchester city centre
Contract: Until the end of March 2025 with the possibility of extending further
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £11.88
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to work for our Public Sector client in Manchester.
Hosting video link hearings in a Court environment, dealing with judiciary and the public. Clerking face to face tribunal hearings. Good communicator with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment is required. Admin duties, typing orders, dealing with enquiries. General clerical duties including some filing.
Requirements:
1. Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
2. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
