TEACHING PERSONNEL ARE SEEKING A RELIABLE AND PASSIONATE COVER SUPERVISOR TO WORK ON A FLEXIBLE BASIS WITHIN ONE OF OUR MAINSTREAM SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN COVENTRY If you: - have previous experience as a cover supervisor - feel confident following lesson plans and delivering engaging lessons - feel confident with your behaviour management techniques - can build a rapport with staff and students quickly - have experience and knowledge of special educational needs Then please read on, as this opportunity may just be for you We are working with a mainstream secondary school in CV2 to recruit a cover supervisor to work on a flexible basis, stepping in to lessons to fill in gaps due to sickness, training and other absences. You will be an integral part of the staffing team and wider school community to ensure continuity of learning for all pupils within the school. You will deliver engaging lessons, following pre-set lesson plans, whilst maintaining a calm and positive classroom environment through effective behaviour management techniques.
