Apprenticeship Summary: Salary: £6.40 an hour Working Week: Monday to Friday 10:30am – 7pm including 2 breaks Hours: 35 hours per week Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship standard qualification Locations: Neos Talent Ltd, Harpenden Hall, Southdown Road, Harpenden, Herts, AL5 1TE The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join Neos Talent as a Recruitment Consultant and play a pivotal role in supporting our executive search consulting practice. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive researcher to support executive search projects. You'll conduct market research, source top talent, and manage candidate databases while collaborating with senior consultants. Key Responsibilities: Research industries, market trends, and talent pools to identify high-potential candidates. Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to map target companies and industries. Source and engage executive-level candidates through networking and direct outreach. Screen resumes, create candidate profiles, and provide market insights. Maintain and update the CRM/database for efficient workflow. Assist with job descriptions, interview scheduling, and administrative support. Work closely with consultants to understand client needs and contribute to candidate selection. Who You Are: 1 years of research or recruiting experience (preferred but not required for entry-level candidates). Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and professional. Curious, adaptable, and a team player. Training and Development: As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme.
