Role Purpose To set the overarching direction for CPS and hold Business Performance & Planning (BP&P) functions to account for delivery against this Role: Define CPS annual business plan to address the evolving demands of the network, our clients (National Highways and Connect Plus) and our JV Parent Companies. Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience A relevant professional qualification and ideally Chartered / Incorporated status with a recognised and relevant UK institution. Experience in business strategy planning, performance management and budgetary setting in a critical infrastructure environment. Experience of working in a Joint Venture or similar arrangement (desirable). Experience of Operational and Maintenance environment or in a critical infrastructure environment (desirable).
