Job Title: Gas Service Delivery Manager
Location: Field-based role across St Albans and Buckinghamshire with regular attendance at Head Office in High Wycombe
Salary: £46,800 per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Delivery Manager to oversee and lead a team of Service Engineers and Installers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of CP12 landlord certifications in line with our client’s program, while upholding high standards of safety and quality across all projects..
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Service Engineers and Installers, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
* Oversee the end-to-end installation process, including pre-surveys, project management, and post-completion audits.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policies and Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
* Conduct Safety and Quality Assurance audits to maintain and improve service delivery standards.
* Facilitate the onboarding and induction of new Engineers and Installers.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive service experience.
* Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
* Participate in company training programs and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Essential Requirements:
* Clean UK driving license.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the gas industry.
* Hands-on experience in heating installation and upgrade work.
* Current ACS qualifications.
* Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
You will receive a basic salary of £46,800 per annum plus a company vehicle.
