What You’ll Do: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of helping our clients grow and thrive.
Your role will include: Crafting tailored marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals.
Developing compelling brand stories to captivate target audiences.
Identifying and leveraging the best marketing channels, from Google Ads to Meta and TikTok.
Collaborating with designers and tech teams to create attention-grabbing campaigns.
Conducting competitor analysis and uncovering opportunities for growth.
Writing high-performing copy for ads, emails, websites, and social media.
Monitoring and optimising campaigns to ensure clients achieve measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities: Client Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to define their customer avatar and develop their core brand story.
Plan campaigns and identify the most effective marketing channels for each client based on budget, target audience, and goals.
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies, including projections for leads, sales, and ROI.
Campaign Research & Planning: Conduct in-depth research, including competitor analysis, to inform campaign strategies.
Develop compelling hooks, angles, and offers tailored to client needs.
Work with the design and tech teams to conceptualise and execute creative assets.
Plan and coordinate social media and content marketing campaigns Execution & Optimisation: Write persuasive and high-performing copy for ads, websites, emails, and social media campaigns.
Manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Continuously monitor, analyse, and help optimize campaign performance to maximise results.
Collaboration & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients.
Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Familiarity with social media channels and paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Experience working with small businesses is a plus.
Skills: Strong copywriting and creative concept development abilities.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with a focus on ROI-driven marketing.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Proficient in marketing tools and CRM’s Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with a passion for driving client success.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
