7twenty Professional Search is delighted to be exclusively retained by our client, a leading organisation in the design, manufacture and supply of workplace uniforms, as they seek to appoint two new Account Managers. Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, the Account Managers will have overall responsibility for a number of key accounts within the business. Managing the full life cycle of the order process, from the initial client onboarding through to the delivery of order and planning for subsequent follow up orders. The Account Managers will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships with key clients and ensuring they always receive the highest standard of customer service. The successful individuals should have the following skills and experience: Three years professional experience in an account management role, characterised by working closely with customers to understand their complex requirements, engaging across the business to develop a tailored solution, as well as consistently meeting agreed milestones and deliverables. Strong commercial acumen along with evidence of compiling client cost models which take account of cost of sales and desired profit margins. Evidence of building strong, successful relationships with clients which have resulting in extension of service, repeat business or re-award of tender. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook In addition, the Account Managers should beself-starters with a positive, can-do attitude, strong project planners, with excellent organisational and solution focused.
