Responsibilities:
Manage a B2B account list of approximately 200 existing accounts
Follow up on new leads generated through in-house online marketing campaigns
Maintain customer intelligence in the CRM database
Contribute to sales projects for new products and incentives
Manage customers' ongoing requirements and gather feedback
Build knowledge and credibility in the product market
Identify and act on competitive threats to the business
Engage in face-to-face meetings with customers in different UK locations (1 - 2 x per week)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy office-based sales account management role
Comfortable making a significant amount of outbound calls to new and existing customers
Self-motivated, professional, and well-presented
Capable of maintaining and increasing business with existing customers
Ability to travel and meet face to face with a wide range of customers
Experience managing a B2B account list
Adept at using CRM systems to manage customer intelligence and actions
Location: Altrincham (Office based)
Hours: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Commission
