The Internal Sales Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales team, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This individual will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, and preparing quotes for a wide range of products and services. The role offers the chance to work with a variety of customers across multiple sectors while contributing to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support.
Manage customer accounts, offer product information, and provide pricing and quotations.
Follow up on quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and secure sales.
Stay well-informed about the company's products and services to support customer needs effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
