Project Manager - East Midlands
Project Manager or Contracts Manager - An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to manage multiple framework projects up to £10 million for our Main Contractor client.
Duties
Manage and oversee construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety, and quality standards.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, negotiate contracts, and prepare reports for senior management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Experience
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and legal requirements in construction.
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the construction industry, particularly working on public sector frameworks.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
