Job Title: Chemical Dosing Supervisor
Location: Hybrid, Fradley based but with travel
Salary: to £36k and benefits
We are currently seeking a skilled Chemical Dosing Supervisor to join our team of skilled Engineers. This is a fantastic

energy management, plant and infrastructure maintenance, and emergency response.

What’s the role:
* Investigate and remediate water services-related issues using strong plumbing and mechanical skills
* Maintain and manage logbooks and write technical Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
* Coordinate with Project Engineers and Design to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
* Supervise the daily activities of CDS engineers, ensuring the effective delivery of chemical dosing treatment systems, and
water quality monitoring equipment installations for the water industry.
* Take responsibility for the efficient planning and utilisation of available resources, maintaining high standards of quality
and health and safety.
* Ensure adherence to high standards of quality and health and safety practices throughout all operations.
* Liaise with clients as required, maintaining strong communication and professional relationships to ensure project success
What you’ll need:
* The role requires flexible working hours and includes business travel.
* Ideally, candidates should possess a qualification of at least City & Guilds level in Plumbing or an equivalent NVQ Level 3,
along with a completed plumbing apprenticeship and experience in the water or associated industries.
* Previous supervisory experience, including planning and organisation of resources and budget control, is essential.
* IOSH would be advantageous but not crucial (training given).
* A valid driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are required.
