About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistants to support students aged 2–19 with autism and complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. As a teaching assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to students during lessons, activities, and therapies.
* Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
* Encourage students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to achieve the best outcomes.
* Foster independence and life skills to prepare students for future opportunities.
About You We’re looking for candidates with:
* A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
* Experience in an SEN setting (desirable but not essential – training is provided).
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting diverse needs.
