Full-Time, Part-Time, and Ad-Hoc Availability for Day-to-Day, Long-Term Supply or Permanent Positions
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teachers to join our team in Surrey. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc supply work, we have flexible opportunities available, including day-to-day, long-term supply roles, or even permanent positions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEN, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
2. Assess and monitor individual progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
3. Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to provide the best possible outcomes for students.
4. Promote a positive, nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and development.
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to regular reporting to senior staff.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
3. Knowledge and understanding of various SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD, and more.
4. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
5. A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
6. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
