This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be part of the Domestic Bursarial team providing wide-ranging strategic and operational support in one of the largest colleges of the University of Oxford for a fixed-term of two years. The post-holder will have management responsibilities for key operational areas of the College, including the teams responsible for accommodation and events income, catering, housekeeping, and Lodge/reception. A key part of the role will be the development and delivery of an effective conference, external events, and accommodation strategy to achieve targets, supporting the team with day-to-day responsibility for this activity.
Grade 9: £54,136 - £62,728 pa (discretionary to £68,529) per annum, plus £1,500 per annum Oxford University Weighting, depending on skills and experience.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position for two years to cover a secondment.

The successful applicant will need experience of working at a senior level and contributing to an organisation’s strategies, managing/supervising a multi-disciplined team of department managers, generating income, setting and managing budgets, delivering project work, and developing engaging website content for marketing purposes.
