The Role
The purpose of this role is to help contribute to the world class manufacturing facility by ensuring all aspects of cleaning meet food hygiene standards. As a Hygiene Operative you will be carrying out the consistent application of hygiene to make sure the areas are maintained to the agreed standards.

The work - Your 4 most important responsibilities
* Ensure all equipment and surfaces meet and exceed hygiene standards, in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
* Be proactive in identifying problems and solutions to maintain a high standard of hygiene across the business.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of hygiene activities, contributing to the traceability and transparency of our processes.
* Adhere to Health, Safety and Quality requirements to ensure a safe working environment.

* Maintaining hygiene standards to the highest level and ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work instructions (WI) are followed correctly.
* Ensuring documentation and records are completed accurately, in line with processes, SOP’s and WI.
* Ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulations, to support audit compliance.
* Being proactive in identifying problems and solutions.
* Complying with Health & Safety and Quality requirements, to support a safe and contamination free work environment.
