As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:

* Deliver high-quality clinical care and advice where it's needed
* Offer services to a range of departments, including the pre-assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and theatres
* Hospital experience is preferred but not essential
About us
Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is a 30 bedded hospital within walking distance of the city centre with free onsite car parking. The hospital has two laminar flow operating theatres, a JAG accredited endoscopy unit and two minor treatment rooms in the outpatient department. There is a small radiology department and CT/ MRI services are provided in a mobile unit. Inpatient physiotherapy is provided within the hospital whilst our outpatients attend the fitness and wellbeing centre at Chichester gate for their follow up physio and hydrotherapy treatments. Our main speciality is orthopaedics. We also care for patients needing treatment within the specialties of gynaecology, urology, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology max fax, and pain. We provide outpatient services for dermatology, cardiology, neurology, and rheumatology.
Job responsibilities
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. Our Pharmacy department at Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist (Bank role) - with an interest in surgery - to join the team. You will be a part of the wider multi-disciplinary team at Nuffield Health and you will feel the benefit from processes that fully integrate medicines into the personalised pathway of care for our patients. You will be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and you'll have proven post-qualification experience. It's also important that you have excellent communication and people skills, as you'll be working closely with our patients and a variety of clinical staff. There may also be an opportunity to cover our Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital site if required.
