Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. This is a brand new role within the business, which has arisen due to a strong order book with growth into various export markets. They are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their close-knit team.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for developing long-term brand growth across the creation of effective and powerful marketing programs.
2. Lead development, creating and implementation of customer marketing plans.
3. Work closely with customer marketing partners to deliver best-in-class activity.
4. Develop and manage marketing activities including retailer, off-shelf display, and fixture visibility.
5. Manage annual investment forecasting.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. Business or Marketing Degree.
2. Experience within a customer marketing environment within an FMCG organization.
3. Adaptable and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
This role will interact with most functions within the business: sales, marketing, supply chain, procurement, production & finance.
