About the Role:
Sbarro is a well-established brand known for its high-quality New York-style pizzas and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Rotherham, managing daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee all aspects of store management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* To lead and motivate a team of employees, promoting a positive work environment.
* To maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
* To drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective product placement and visual merchandising.
* To manage inventory levels, stockroom organization, and cash handling processes.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced foodservice environment.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
