Location: Hackney, London, UK (On-site with potential WFH flexibility)
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
Grade: Mid Level
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Start Date: 17th February 2025 or as soon as possible

So Incredible is a small boutique, digital first Influencer Talent Management Agency and Content Production Studio. Along with our own production studio space and video team, we work with some of the UK’s top content creators and global brands.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support & Operations Coordinator with a passion for the Creator Economy, Creative Content and Social Media to join our growing team. This pivotal role will support the Directors and wider team across all facets of the business, from office and studio operations to content, talent and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoy the challenge of working on a wide variety of tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hackney, London.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring supplies, systems, and logistics are well-managed.
* Assist with light HR administrative tasks, including onboarding new hires, maintaining HR systems, and playing a strong role in the recruitment and filtering process.
Department Support:
* Manage Content Studio schedules and logistics.
* Assist with on-location video productions, including light producer responsibilities.
* Support with running monthly Events.
* Assist with Influencer Marketing Campaigns, including light producer responsibilities.
* Support Campaign Manager with brand campaigns, focusing on basic admin, research, and updating internal systems.
* Work alongside the team to manage Talent onboarding, schedules, basic client communication.
* Step in to support Talent and Campaign management during absences or busy periods.
* Welcoming guests, clients and talent.
Social Media & Content Support:
* Assist with light updates to the company’s social media platforms, ensuring occasional content as needed.
* Capture and upload basic mobile content when required.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in operations, administration, or a coordination role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with project management tools.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
* Experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Event Planning, or Video Production is a bonus.
