As a HVAC Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems, working independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.

Key responsibilities include:
* Service, maintenance, and repair work on various Chiller, AC, and other HVAC equipment installed at client facilities
* Troubleshooting and resolving complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs
* Commissioning, servicing, repair, and installation works, with a focus on delivering high-quality results according to set specifications and customer expectations
* Providing technical experience and mentoring to less experienced service team members and coordinating on-site work activity
Requirements include:
* Proven experience as a Chiller/AC/HVAC Service Engineer, with further building services experience advantageous
* Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC, including NVQ level 2 and F-Gas Certificate
* Strong knowledge of Chiller systems, controls, and components, including DX, Split, and VRV systems, AHUs, and ventilation plant
* Experience with major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Airedale, Hitachi, and Mitsubishi
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with strong admin skills using IT devices for work completion and technical reports
