About the Role
As a Support Worker in Children’s Residential Care with Progress, you’ll work in our 6-bed children’s residential service, based within a welcoming community in Coventry. You will support children and young people with learning and physical disabilities, as well as other needs such as EBD, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairments, and complex care requirements.
Shifts Available:
* Early and late shifts, long days, or 12 hr waking night shifts
* Alternate weekend shifts required

What We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Support Worker in Children’s Residential Care, you should have:
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare or a Level 3 Diploma for Children and Young People’s Workforce (or be working toward this)
* Experience supporting children, young people, or adults with learning and physical disabilities
* Ability to communicate effectively at various levels
* Familiarity with care plans and a commitment to follow them
