Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 + 10% bonus

Forsyth Barnes are working with a leading provider of Managed IT Services, in their search for a dynamic Product Manager with a strong focus on Product Marketing to join their innovative team.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and market-savvy Product Manager to define and execute product strategies while playing a pivotal role in marketing and positioning innovative solutions. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical development and market demand, ensuring product success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies for Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Cyber Resiliency services, aligning with company vision and market needs.
* Collaborate closely with marketing teams to craft compelling product narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
* Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
* Partner with engineering, operations, and sales teams to design and deliver reliable, scalable, and secure products and features.
* Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and ensuring solutions meet their Backup and Disaster Recovery needs.
* Drive product launches and adoption through pricing strategies, positioning frameworks, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
* Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
* Work with the Training Manager to develop materials that empower teams and customers to use and support products effectively.
About You:
* Proven experience in Product Management, preferably within Backup, Disaster Recovery, or Managed IT Services.
* A strong background in Product Marketing, with expertise in creating go-to-market plans and crafting product messaging.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market insights for strategic decision-making.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real-world challenges.
