Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a school in the Selly Oak area of Birmingham. They are looking for a PA to Headteacher, and support with operational efficiency and diary/inbox management.
Duties for PA to Headteacher include (but are not limited to):
* Co-ordinate, manage, and the Headteacher’s diary and professional appointments – prioritising where needed
* Preparation of any letters or reports on behalf of the Headteacher
* Liaise with governors effectively, dealing with correspondence effectively
* Ensure any policy changes are updated on school systems and communicated properly
* Provide full administrative support, taking minutes and action points in key meetings
The successful person:
* Experience within the education industry
* +2 years as a PA in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Ability to work proactively to optimise efficiency
* Organised individual who can communicate effectively written and verbally
* Happy in the office 5 days a week
