I am currently working alongside a well-established social housing contractor who is looking forward to welcoming a Customer Liaison Officer to their team based in Welwyn Garden City.
Job Description
* Position: Customer Liaison Officer
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am until 04:00 pm (including a one-hour break per day)
* Duties:
1. Acting as the 'Voice and Face' of the business
2. Dealing with various enquiries and issues from the customer base
3. Supporting staff through cooperation with customers, clients, and the wider community
4. Maintaining an effective communication system to keep all site teams informed and maintaining good relationships with customers
5. Independently carrying out site visits with clients and customers involved in improvement works
1. Availability: Available to start ASAP
2. Contract Type: Temp to perm basis - Three-month temporary contract transitioning into a permanent placement
3. Compensation: Weekly pay (Every Friday, starting from the Friday after you begin), Salary up to £30,000 PA (dependent on experience)
4. Location: Office situated in Welwyn Garden City
5. Permanent Position: Available at the end of the thirteen weeks
