Job Title: B1/ B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer
Salary: £67,485 per annum dependent upon experience + bonus
Location: Birmingham
A rapidly expanding MRO has partnered with Aeropeople to work on a new fleet of military aircraft undergoing conversion. We are looking for both B1 and B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to be based at their site in Birmingham.
Their services include aircraft repairs, modifications, and regulatory certifications across 4 hangars, 2 interior modification facilities, and over 40 line maintenance stations globally.
This is an exciting time to join as they have numerous positions available within the current team of 100 skilled engineers maintaining 3 aircraft fleets.
Licensed Engineers work a 4 on 3 off shift pattern, carrying out early and late shifts, maintaining a mixture of scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintenance, repair, and overhaul of customer aircraft, including certification within company approvals.
Lead aircraft mechanics and support staff, setting high standards for maintenance execution.
Ensure timely and efficient aircraft maintenance for customer satisfaction, meeting performance and dispatch reliability targets.

About You:
Part 66 CAA License, B1/ B2
Typing skills on B737/B787/A319/A320/A321 or A330 aircraft. Preferably B737 or A330.
Previous Base Maintenance experience required.
Flexibility to adapt to changing working requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organisational and communication skills
Full UK Driving licence Essential
Knowledge of MS Office applications
