The Role
* Process incoming customer orders
* Liaise with customers and suppliers
* Resolve any order queries/issues ensuring minimal delay and impact on our clients
* Maintain and update customer records
Requirements
* Experience in a customer service or admin role
* Can work independently and within a team
* Computer competent - Microsoft Word and Excel
Package
* Salary up to £26,000
* 30 days annual leave
* Flexibility to have a 4-day working week
* Annual company-related bonus
