We are now looking for an Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 7:00am to 4:30pm.

The Role
As an Administrator, you will provide a range of effective and efficient administrative support across all teams.
Ensuring the smooth running and optimal productivity of our day-to-day operations, you’ll focus on providing support to projects. This will include setting up details on our IT systems, populating tasks, document control, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining all information and handling POs.
You will also be involved in dealing with equipment hire arrangements, collating O&M packs, providing support to our sales and estimating teams, supporting marketing activities and helping with photography.
You will also:
- Issue and manage drawings and documentation
- Respond to queries
- Format quotes and draw mark-ups
- Update our website and marketing imagery
- Create case studies
About You
To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience of CRM systems
- Experience creating purchase orders
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A full, valid driving licence
