About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ticketing Manager to oversee our venue’s ticketing operations. This role involves managing a team of Ticketing Assistants to ensure a first-class ticketing experience for guests and promoters.
Your Responsibilities
* You will be an inspirational leader to supervise Ticketing Assistants, providing them with first-line support and ensuring effective office operations at all times.
* You will ensure the customer is at the heart of the business by maintaining high-quality customer service standards, ensuring calls are answered in accordance with current Service Level Agreements.
* You will implement and ensure compliance with all company policies, statutory regulations, and employment legislation.
* You will respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and comments in person, by phone, and online in accordance with the company’s Customer Concerns procedure.
* You will provide sales information and advice to promoters and venue colleagues as necessary.
We are looking for someone with:
* A proven track record of working in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, busy events venue setting.
* Experience in leading a team.
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer care.
* Familiarity with Derby and regional entertainment offerings and venues.
* Knowledge of CRM software.
