Credit Controller Annual Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 Location: Crewe Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Join our team as a Credit Controller at our head office located in Crewe. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills, experience in managing high volume inbound and outbound calls, and a keen eye for detail. Day-to-day of the role: Cash Collection: Proactively chase all overdue B2B & B2C debts to ensure timely payment in accordance with set terms and credit limits. Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle inbound calls from customers and internal queries. Order Release: Regularly review and release stopped orders, collaborating with sales teams to resolve overdue balances or queries. Query Management: Identify and resolve customer queries by liaising with sales teams to maintain high service levels. Ledger Management: Conduct regular reviews of debt ledgers, perform account reconciliations, and manage unallocated cash. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a credit control role. Strong capability in handling high volume calls. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
