As our PBS Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that everyone receives the support they need. Lead, coach and develop a small team of dedicated PBS practitioners and a psychologist ensuring their work aligns with best practices and Affinity Trust standards of quality Empower teams with guidance and tools to develop and refine approaches that respect the choices and unique voices of the people we support Design and deliver high quality PROACT SCIP and PBS training to build confidence and capability within the team Continuously evolve our approach by evaluating the impact of training, using data and best practices to drive meaningful improvements Advocate for inclusivity in everything we do, every day. What do I need to demonstrate in my application? A relevant qualification or accredited training in Positive Behaviour Support or Behaviour Analysis at diploma or degree level. Willingness to complete a qualification in Positive Behaviour Support and PROACT SCIP instructor training Proven experience in Positive Behavioural Support, with a passion for putting people at the forefront of what we do Strong leadership skills, particularly in coaching, mentoring and developing people. Knowledge of evidence-based approaches to providing support that is not restrictive Ability to analyse data and use it to inform practice and decision-making. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. What other benefits will I have?
