A well regarded Legal 500 ranked team are seeking a Senior Residential Development Solicitor or Partner with 10+ years experience, to join their growing department in Farnborough. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that excels in winning substantial house builder and landowner instructions by delivering outstanding client service.
Joining a team comprising of 3 Partners and 12 qualified solicitors/support staff, the firm's 15-member Residential Development Team offers expert, concise, and commercially-focused advice. The team prides itself on building long-term relationships with clients and leading land and development agents, covering areas such as site acquisition, assembly, infrastructure, planning agreements, secured lending, and plot/unit sales. The firm is involved in many of the largest residential development projects in the region.
The team is an integral part of their 30-member Real Estate Group, which includes Commercial Property, Property Litigation, Residential Development, and Residential Property teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with house builders, social housing providers, and/or landowners and be eager to further develop their career in residential development. They will thrive on delivering excellent client service and enjoy collaborating in a team environment with detail-oriented professionals who prioritize both the details and the client's commercial goals.
