We are now excited to be expanding our Retail Team. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests whilst maximising sales. We are looking for friendly and dedicated Retail Team Members to support our gift shop, mobile retail kiosks, themed outlets, and photo shops year-round. The day-to-day duties include:
• Active sales of venue stock
• Operating tills and card transactions.
• Upselling items and promotions
• Sales of photo products
• Deliveries and stock control
• Visual Merchandising
• Daily cleaning
• Looking after our VIP guests and our Annual Pass Holders
• Sharing your Park Knowledge to answer queries from our guests.
No previous experience is necessary as first-class training will be given but a passion for customer service, sales and a great attitude towards learning and developing.
What We’re Looking For:
• A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences.
• Comfort working outside in all weather.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Confidence when interacting with the public.
• Willingness to learn and adapt sales techniques
• Willingness to undertake Health and Safety training and assessments.
• Possess an ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
• Enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience.
This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays.
Hours will be rostered in advance. You must also be flexible to meet the peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
