Mirror Marketing Ltd are an independent business who work for many well known companies in merchandising. This is a self-employed role which gives you flexibility to work the hours that suit you, most retails visits have a period of time over many weeks to complete so it really is ideal. If the store is open then you can complete the merchandising. We work in different retail stores to include Sainsburys, Tesco, B&M, Boots, Garden Centres, The Factory Shop and many more. The work will vary from checking shelves for a certain product, replenishing following a planogram. This is a visual representation of a store's products or services on display. Planograms are used to plan the layout of a retail store, including product placement, displays, and point-of-sale locations All the merchandising’s roles with what ever shop you are working in comes with a detailed brief, the brief breaks down all the requirements, so you understand what is expected from you. All areas of the UK are managed by Field Managers, they will book you to do jobs and overtime you will become aware of what each visit involves. Before the start any job you will be aware of the location and what you will earn. We also have Client Managers who manage the client, they are available to help you once in store if you are unsure of anything, we are here to support you. There is a process which involves taking pictures before and after your visit, again this will be in the brief. The Client Manager will review them, hopefully approve and then the job is complete.
