BSL Communication Support Worker
Full-time: 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 15:45) Term Time Only plus 5 staff development days.
This is a fixed term contract attached to a named child and will be reviewed annually with their placement and funding.

Our main site is based in Tonbridge and we also have a satellite provision in Wouldham Primary School, Wouldham. Current placement is available at our Tonbridge site; however, there is an expectation for employees to be able to work at either site.

* trained to BSL Stage 2 or above;

* great at working in a team with the initiative to work independently to support children in achieving their best;
* literate and numerate with exam passes to evidence this;
* able to establish supportive, caring, and secure relationships with children, promoting respect, self-esteem, and a positive, inclusive whole school ethos;
* able to lead intervention groups in order to support learning or any emotional, social, or behavioral needs of any children.
