Training Administrator - Band 3
Location: Warminster Community Hospital
Full time hours per week - Permanent
Wiltshire Healthand Care are looking for an enthusiastic and thorough, administrator who, withthe Education and Training team will maintain appropriate and efficientadministrativeprocedures and information systems for Wiltshire Health and Care staff To support the Education and Trainingstaff with administration processes toenable the smooth running of the service.
Main duties of the job
To receive, process and record information;updating databases/lists To follow up and obtain outstanding information;providing administration support to the Education and Training Team. Also to act as a central point of contact for allcalls/enquiries to service, redirecting calls, taking messages and dealing withenquiries where appropriate. Support the Data Custodian to ensure departmentalinformation systems, data usage and storage of information is secure. Tomaintain excellent channels of communication with all team members andconnected departments/agencies

Qualifications
Essential
1. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with A-C passes including English and Maths
2. RSA III or equivalent in typing/word processing
3. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
4. Knowledge of Minute taking
5. Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality
Desirable
6. Evidence of recent IT training/qualification such as ECDL or equivalent
Experience
Essential
7. Administrative/secretarial experience in a busy environment working to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities
8. Experience of working on a variety of spread sheets and databases at an advanced level
9. Experience of setting up systems/processes and of writing work and process procedures
10. Experience of effective time management and prioritisation
11. Experience of managing a busy diary confidently and effectively without constant referral to the manager
12. Experience of managing and supervising staff including coaching, mentoring, supervision and appraisals.
Desirable
13. Experience of working in a healthcare setting.
