As a Recruitment Consultant, you are supported by our advanced technology systems. Blue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider. Blue Arrow specialises in staffing for Admin & Secretarial including Call Centre, Transport & Logistics, Hospitality & Catering, Manufacturing & Production and Public Sector.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively developing new and existing industrial business.
* Business to business outbound sales calls and working to targets.
* Travelling to visit clients for meetings; you will need to be a driver and have access to your own car.
* Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings.
* Managing existing accounts and relationships.
* Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems.
