Support Worker - Port Talbot - Hourly rate £11.60 to £12.50 - Full Time: 40.25 hours per week
Located in Cwmavon close to Port Talbot, Coed Parc is a series of six stunning sole occupancy apartments for adults from the age of 18. Each adult has their own bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom and each apartment is designed with its resident’s needs in mind.
A day in the life of working at Coed Parc includes:
* Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
* Supporting our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
* Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
* Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
* Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
