LHH are pleased to be searching for a Litigation Solicitor to join the Legal Team of our client. Reporting to the Group Director of Legal Services, this role offers a chance to make a difference and contribute to the organisation's continued success. Responsibilities include attending meetings across various locations, managing householder litigation on behalf of the organisation (including Code applications and ADR), and working collaboratively with the Group Director of Legal Services, MDs, customer care teams, and others to prevent litigation. You will also be responsible for monitoring the work of external litigation solicitors, making referrals when necessary, handling non-householder claims, and providing training to staff on litigation mitigation issues. We are looking for a qualified Solicitor (3-5 years PQE) who is personable, motivated, and organised, with previous experience working in a varied litigation role. Confidentiality is crucial, and the ability to proactively handle sensitive matters is essential.
