We are a community mutual housing association which is owned by our tenants, rooted in our local communities, and working through collaboration and partnership.
We provide homes to 25,000 people in Rhondda Cynon Taff and Cardiff Bay. Our primary role is delivering homes which are safe, secure, and affordable to people who are in in greatest need. However, we are more than a landlord. We are a tenant-owned, locally anchored, and collaborative organisation. Our role in community development, community regeneration and individual wellbeing is at the heart of what we do.
We employ over 400 staff who work across our repairs, safety compliance, neighbourhoods, customer service, development and corporate teams. Everyone at Trivallis works to put the needs of our tenants first, build good relationships and provide a great service.

Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You will identify system improvements, streamline processes, and challenge the status quo to drive innovation and efficiency. Your work will directly impact the success of our transformation initiatives.
About you...
The successful candidate will:
1. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
2. Proven experience in roles like Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
3. Expertise in process review and improvement to drive efficiency.
4. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Familiarity with IT tools for requirements gathering and process mapping (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products.
7. Experience in stakeholder collaboration to identify, implement, and manage change.
What you'll be responsible for...
1. Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
2. Conduct detailed analyses of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and value for money.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations) to gather requirements and align project goals with business objectives.
4. Evaluate the feasibility and impact of proposed changes and recommend innovative solutions.
5. Work closely with technical teams to design and implement process optimisations.
6. Prepare technical documentation and designs to support solution implementation.
7. Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
